Dashboard
Utilize Dashboard to view contract status and financial data in one place.
Biz Ops dashboard
The Dashboard page provides a high-level view of your overall business.
List of your customers, sorted by number of projects
Count of projects and project list (displayed in order of time remaining)
Number and list of ongoing contracts (displayed in order of time remaining)
Your company's financial data
View financial transactions
View charts of your sales and purchases by year and month.
View your sales/purchase amounts for the current month, quarter, and year, as well as your accrued receivables and payables to date.
You can change the charts with various filter conditions, and use the 'Advanced search' to see charts and summaries that match your search criteria.

You can change the base year
You can select amount shown (net profit/receivables) in Options
You can change the currency (this does not convert all amounts in a schedule to that currency, but rather only show events registered in the currency you select)
You can change the VAT option for the financial information (VAT included / excluded)
You can change the date options (Sales/purchases recognized on, default date)
Summary
You can view summarized financial information by month/quarter/year
You can change the base date
You can see a summary of your accrued accounts receivable/accounts payable
Advanced search
Input start and end date to see a collection of billing information that occurred during that period
You can select the account manager and tags
By clicking 'Filter', you can select customers and projects
You can change the currency
If you click on 'Download Schedule' from the options button on the top right of the Advanced Search modal, you can download the financial transactions that match the selected filter criteria as an excel file.
Contracts dashboard
The Contracts tab provides a dashboard of all of your company's contracts.
Overall dashboard of your company's contracts
Number of contracts by new vs. renewed in a pie chart
Number of contracts by progress status in a pie chart
Number and list of contracts in progress (the list appears in order of impending contract end).
Contracts expring in the current year by month in a bar chart
Number of contracts by tag in a bar chart
Number of contracts per customer in a bar chart
