You can manage your business' information and settings through the multiple tabs available on the 'Settings' page.

Manage signatures/seals

You can manage signatures/seals and nameplates/images for your business.

Signatures/Seals

Sole proprietors do not have a “corporate seal.” (To use a corporate seal, please check your business license number).

There are 3 ways to register signatures/seals.

  • On the 'Draw' tab, you can draw your signature using your mouse

  • In the 'Auto-generate' tab, you can enter your business name/full name to generate an electronic seal

  • You can upload an existing signature/seal image file in the 'Upload' tab

Nameplates/images

The registered nameplate/image can be used in the 'Specify signature' step of the eSignature process

  • You can import and use the nameplate/image you've registered for future eSignatures

  • Alternatively, you can add a new nameplate/image in the 'Specify signature' step of the eSignature process

Manage your business information (profile)

You can change the business information that you entered when you created an account (company name, business license number, business owner's name, business address, etc.)

  • To use the tax invoicing feature, you need to register the business type, industry, and phone number of your company.

  • You can designate a main contact to issue tax invoices. (The registered contact information will automatically populate when you issue tax invoices.)

You can input English business information, which will used when issuing English sales documents.

[Pro plan] You can use the multi-profile feature. You can add business information and send sales documents with your business' information.

[Pro plan] You can add a company image, which will display your company logo in sales emails and externally shared links.

Set up regular status notifications

Set up periodic status notifications by clicking on'Edit' in the 'Settings' section of the Settings tab.

  • You can receive regular status notifications for key information such as project/contract/financial information (Notification will be sent every Monday at 8:30 am)

  • By default, notifications will be sent via email and you can choose which teams and users receive them

  • If you've integrated Prix with Slack, you can also receive notifications via Slack by configuring Slack notification settings.

  • Access to internal review
