Legal support and external service integrations
You can integrate Prix with a variety of external services.
Easily request legal review through the Legal Assistance feature (fees are negotiated directly with law firms on an individual basis).
Slack integration allows you to receive notifications in your Slack channel.
Utilize your billing information to automatically generate a streamlined excel file for automated invoicing in your ERP.
To use the tax invoice feature, you can integrate the service through a joint certificate.
Automatically save contracts to Google Drive / sync customer schedules to Google Sheets.
1. Request Legal Support

Click on 'Legal Support' in the top left corner of the Settings page to request legal support.
Currently, we offer 'Contract legal review'.
(The contents and cost of legal services are determined in consultation with the law firm. Prix does not assume any responsibility.)
Click on 'Apply' and the contract legal review application modal will appear.
After entering the basic information and attachments, an email will be automatically sent to Attorney Park Sungjin, and the subsequent processes will be separate from Prix.
2. Service integrations

You can integrate external services on the 'Service Integration' tab in the Business Settings page.
2-1. Slack integration
By integrating Slack, you can check notifications set in the project not only via email but also via Slack messages.
(Prix only requests permission to view channel details and send notifications. Prix does not have access to any other information.)
2-2. DouZone IQube (Create a simplified excel file for automated slip processing)
By clicking on 'Generate Simplified File', you can select which billing information to generate as a file, filter it by schedule and conditions, and issue it.

2-3. Integrate tax invoice
After entering business information and registering a joint certificate, you can issue tax invoices within Prix.
A Windows PC is required to register a joint certificate the first time.
With the tax invoice integration service, you can easily issue tax invoices on Prix.

2-4. Google Sheets integration
By integrating with Google Sheets, you can easily reflect updates made in Prix on Google Sheets.
Only 'Administrators' can link and unlink Google Sheets with Prix.
Once the integration is complete, a spreadsheet file is created and the existing contract information is updated in the file.
The contract information is automatically updated 24 hours a day, every day, and can be updated at the push of a button.
2-5. Google Drive Integration [Pro plan]
Only 'Administrators' can link and unlink Google Drive with Prix.
Once the integration is complete, a new folder will be created in Google Drive.
If a contract is signed in Prix, the contract will be automatically registered in Google Drive. (If you disconnect the connection, even if an electronic contract is signed, it will not be registered in Google Drive).
