Manage and utilize projects

You can manage utilize projects created in Prix in different ways.

Issue tax invoice from a project schedule

You can easily issue tax invoices from the project schedule by integrating the Invoice service in the 'Service integrations' tab of the Settings page (see the Issuing tax invoices guide).

  • Click on ' Tax invoice' button in the schedule detail modal that appears when you click on each schedule title in the 'Events (Transactions)' tab of the project details page

  • You can issue a revised tax invoice if you have already issued one previously

Manage contracts associated with a project

You can view contracts associated with a project on the 'Contracts' tab of the project detail page, and create a contract by clicking on 'Create' in the top right corner

Manage sales documents associated with a project

You can view sales documents associated with a project in the 'Sales documents' tab of the project details page and create sales documents via the 'Create sales document' button in the top right corner.

Manage attachments associated with a project

You can view attachments associated with a project on the 'Attachments' tab of the project detail page, and register and manage documents sent and received via the 'Upload file' button on the right.

Manage notes regarding the project

You can write notes about a project in the 'Notes' tab on the project detail page.

  • Notes and comments help team members across your business keep track of progress and communication history for projects.
